Foster Mom Mary N sent this happy report:My little girl met her new Mom at the dog park yesterday. Belle immediately fell in love with Susan's daughter, Lauren, who is a KU student and has her own Cairn girl. I was very surprised that Belle seemed fairly relaxed and enjoying the attention so much. Susan reports that they met her husband and other dog, Sydney (Fox Terrier), at a neutral area when they got home. There were sniffs sniffs, and all seemed well.
Belle is adopted in Overland Park, part of the KC metro area, so very close to me. Belle ate when she arrived home, pottied outside, and then went to her crate for early bedtime.
She is such a dear little girl who has been through so much abuse and neglect, that this is a dream come true for her. My little Cinderella is now thinking of being a princess. Pictures of Susan and her lovely daughter Lauren (Mom to Cairn, Zoey).
