Librarian took a long plane ride from her Michigan foster home to her California furever family. Foster Mom Mary said, "Her trip went pretty smoothly except for the span of time that we thought she was lost! Due to a paperwork error, she was listed as a no-show at the Cherry Capitol Airport where we dropped her off, and her connecting plane from Minneapolis was an hour late. After numerous frantic phone calls, we discovered that she was exactly where she was supposed to be, and she was the first dog to arrive atthe counter for pick-up - a little over an hour late."
Librarian's new name is Liberty - appropriate since her 4th birthday falls on election day! Attached is a picture of Libby charming her new family in California - with the grungiest stitched up toy from my house, but Libby's very favorite - she slept with it, played with it, and carried it everywhere she went!
